Applications

Specification:
Width of the plate: 45cm and 60cm
Length of plate: Can be arbitrary length.
Surface material: Can choose 0.5mm, 0.6mm thickness colored Aluminum plate, the fluorocarbon paint on colored aluminum surface with anti-corrosion rust proof function.
Surface color: Can be monochrome or imitation of various patterns (imitation can also be provided by the customer sample color), vivid effect.
The surface pattern: Suggest having the embossing process for surface, so can increase the impact strength of the surface. There have two kinds of patterns to choose.
Insulating core material: Polyurethane
Back material: aluminum foil.

Width of panel: 450mm or 600mm .
Thickness of panel: 25mm or 40mm .
Length of panel : Any length .
Surface Material(upper layer):Color aluminum alloy sheet with thickness 0.5mm or 0.6mm . Fluorocarbon coatings for special aluminum alloy sheet are with corrosion-resistant effect.
Surface color :Monochromatic (single-style deployment of color) or color (a variety of imitation stone etc.). (To be customized according to customer needs)
Surface pattern

lane(no bump or concave-convex) or three-dimensional pattern(bump or concave-convex). It is suggested to be treated with different embossing to enhance the impact strength. There are two embossing: big or small.
Core material(middle layer): Polyurethane
Bottom material(lower layer):Aluminum foil
